Turning scientific ideas into clear visuals.
Illustra is a browser-based figure editor for biology and medicine. Drag openly licensed artwork onto the canvas, recolour it, take it apart, and export a publication-ready figure with the attribution block already written for you.

RedFox Illustra is built by RedFox AI Technologies for researchers who spend longer fighting a drawing tool than describing their result. It is a figure editor, not a general graphics package: the canvas, the element library and the export options exist to get one scientific illustration finished and cited correctly.
The library is assembled from open scientific art collections — Bioicons, Servier Medical Art and SciDraw — normalised into a single catalogue so that search, recolouring and disassembly behave the same whichever collection a piece came from. Every icon keeps its author and licence, and an export can carry a credit block built from exactly the pieces you used.
An account keeps your profile and workspace with you rather than in one browser's storage. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password; either way one email address is one account, and a password can be reset by email at any time.
