3 Your Content
You remain responsible for content and materials that you create or arrange using Illustra.
In the current version of Illustra, your drafts, illustrations, and preferences are stored locally
in your browser.
RedFox AI Technologies does not claim ownership of your original work solely because you created
it using Illustra.
However, this does not grant ownership of third-party artwork, icons, illustrations, trademarks,
or other materials incorporated into the application.
4 Third-Party Illustrations and Licences
Illustra includes scientific illustration resources from third-party sources.
These resources may be subject to licences such as CC BY 4.0, CC BY-SA, CC0, MIT, BSD, or other
applicable licences.
Some artwork may be adapted or modified within Illustra.
When you publish, distribute, or otherwise use a figure containing third-party artwork, you are
responsible for complying with the applicable licence and attribution requirements.
Where required, you should retain appropriate credit information, state that artwork has been
adapted or modified, and provide the applicable licence information.
Illustra provides attribution information within the application where applicable.
5 Exported Figures
Illustra allows users to export figures in supported formats including SVG, PNG, and JPEG.
Exporting a figure does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party artwork to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use of an exported figure complies with the
licences applicable to the artwork contained in that figure.
6 Intellectual Property
The Illustra application, including its software, interface, logos, original graphics, text,
designs, and other materials created by RedFox AI Technologies, is owned by or licensed to RedFox AI
Technologies unless otherwise stated.
Third-party artwork and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used
according to their applicable licences.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of RedFox AI Technologies’ intellectual property
or third-party intellectual property to you.
7 Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Illustra at any time.
We do not guarantee that Illustra will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Features may change as the application develops.
8 Disclaimer
Illustra is provided as a general scientific illustration and figure creation tool.

other materials.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RedFox AI Technologies will not be responsible for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of or inability
to use Illustra.

responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important exported files or other work.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will include a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of Illustra after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
